June Favourites!

Here's what i've been loving this month!

Firstly, the Zerreau Beauty 'Towel Off Shampoo foam'. I got this in the May Glossybox and it was probably my favourite thing from that box. It's a lovely light foam that you work into your hair to give it a little life when it's getting greasy. Perfect for festivals this summer, and it's available in 180ml or a travel size 70ml, which is super handy. I have the apple scent and it smells incredible!

I'm also a huge fan of the Instanatural Vitamin C Toner. I did a review of this recently (Click here) so head on over there if you want to read more.

Next up is the Ofra Liquid Lipstick in shade 'Laguna Beach' I've had this for a while but have only started using it in the last few weeks and it has just been a delight. It's got a lovely creamy texture but dries matte on the lips. And it really is long lasting! It doesn't even budge much after i've eaten and I very rarely top it up during the day. The shade is lovely for an everyday look as it's not too stand out-ish.

I received a sample of the Harvey Prince perfume 'Imperial Gardenia' and I'm just addicted to it. I've been trying not to use it much as I want it to last until I can buy a full sized one! It's such a lovely light floral scent, which is great for the early summer season we're in now.

Next up: (and I realise i'm so far behind on this!) but i've finally got round to watching Orange is the New Black. I'm only on season 2 at the moment so i've had to be very careful what I read online as Season 3 has just been released and I don't want to see an spoilers!

And finally, this isn't technically a 'favouite' but I passed my driving test on the 17th June, and i'm so bloody happy and proud of myself! Not that I can afford a car but it's so good to have something like that on your CV and it will open up the a wider range of jobs I can apply for in the future.

What are everyone else's favourites this month?

Review: InstaNatural Vitamin C Toner*

The InstaNatural Vitamin C toner* claims to renew, hydrate and tighten pores, as well as containing age-defying ingredients to leave the skin feeling refreshed and balanced.

I received this from InstaNatural, and have been using it every day for just over a week and I am absolutely loving it.
I'm a huge fan of toner anyway and love the way it refreshes my skin especially in the morning, but with this one I do feel extra refreshed. I think it's partly down to the spray nozzle. This is the first toner i've used with this type of nozzle and it really wakes me up in the morning having a good spray of this onto my face!

It does a good job of removing any excess dirt and grime on my face, and I have noticed my skin feeling brighter just within a week. I have combination skin, sometime slightly oily, and this has helped keep the oil at bay as well as keeping my skin nourished.

The only thing I'm not so keen on it the scent. It is very zesty, which is nice, but slightly too overpowering as I can still smell it on my face for over an hour after I've used it, and that's with all my make-up on top. But if you like the scent then of course this won't bother you!

Overall, I think this will go down as one of my favourite toners. I think that it would be great for all skin types and I love that all the ingredients are 100% natural, and it does exactly what it says on the bottle.
I'll definitely be looking into the InstaNatural brand some more and trying their other products!

Trip to The Lake District

Not my usual type of post, but myself and my Boyfriend took a trip to the Lake District in Cumbria for a few days this week and I thought i'd share some of the photo's I took while we were there.

These first ones were taken in Brotherswater, Hartsop.

For anyone that's interested, I used a Canon 550D, with the 18-5mm Kit lens and a Polarizing Filter.

These were taken at Aira Force in Watermillock, Penrith.

I wanted to try and capture the waterfalls with my Neutral Density filters.
For a first try I think they're pretty decent, but a lot more practice is needed I think.
